A Greco EG-900 made in 1976. Here I call this color TS(tobacco sunburst) for the sake of convenience. Pickup imprinting revealed these pickups were installed in 31 March,1976.
I bought it from a guitar shop. They sold as EG-700 because they couldn’t distinguish EG-700 or EG-900. But the pearl oyster inlay on fingerboard and Glover pegs indicated it to be a EG-900. Pegs are replaceable but inlays aren’t. That’s why I got this one relatively low price. Only CR(cherry red) color is listed on the catalogue, but Greco sometimes produced extra-catalogue color like this.
You can see beautiful birds eye on the 1st string side of the top. I seldom see such a top on the other Greco Les Pauls.
Unengraved type U3000 pickups were mounted. Their resistance value are 7.96KΩ(neck) and 7.66KΩ(bridge). 4.47kg(includes strings). (Updated 2016.8.24)
