DAORE

This color is described as “Oil Stain” on the catalogue.

YAMAHA seems to have different guiding principle in producing guitars from the other guitar companies.

It is general that guitar companies set guitar grade according to the materials, woodwork, finish and hardware. On its decision, they consider how they would satisfy user’s desire to possess, and how they would take in peoples who expect formation of premium as long-term planning.

I don’t mean to say YAMAHA is completely against for that, but YAMAHA seems to regard sound variation of guitars as important.  On planning to produce guitars YAMAHA seems to be going to satisfy customers who would buy cheaper grade ones by unique sound character which is different from high grade ones.  “You get what you pay for” is not always applied to YAMAHA guitars.

That’s should be praised as guitar producing corporate.

But by this principle, it would become harder for YAMAHA to satisfy the desire to possess, and users may regard long-term premium formation is difficult.

Probably by these reason, YAMAHA’s high grade guitars are less popular than the other company’s guitars.
